In response to the conditioning factors of the site in a markedly industrial part of the city surrounded by busy roads, the architectural concept is based on providing the hospital with its own ecosystem generated by green areas on the roofs, the parking area and the groves of trees around the perimeters. Transparent walls allow for visual continuity between the outside and the internal patios that separate the blocks. Natural light dominates the interior space, in part provided by skylights.
