This project consists of a hospital which integrates teaching, research and the community, through areas that offer social welfare spaces and promote a connection and exchange among patient, doctor, student, researcher and citizen. The concept is based on the creation of visual connections, not only among the internal hospital areas, but also in its relationship with the outside, the existing buildings, as well as with the city. This idea is reinforced with the creation of green areas that function as transition zones among the different spaces offered by the hospital.
